Fresh from the M&K workshop are these matching pair of converted Imperial German used sword hilt candlesticks. Probably made by either Solingen or Clemen & Jung during the later part of the 19thC and like a lot of these used and often broken swords, the decorative hilts are turned into fantastic candlesticks. The handles are completely original with the lion head pommels, leather grips and a small section of the blade fitted with additional parts, stand, wax catcher and candle holder, to create this superb functional antique. (12”H x 4” x 4”)

Both have been completely disassembled, dipped and cleaned to remove years of brass cleaner and polished to reveal this feast for the eyes!
